about

In English, "The Unloveable". AKA "P'tit Déj" (rough translation: "Breakf'st".) Composed by the late French accordionist/multi-instrumentalist Jean-Christophe Lequerré and recorded with the band Fubu in 1986 on their album La Tambouille du Mogambö. This is a well-known waltz among accordion players, especially in Europe. Colleen learned it from an unrelated French accordionist, and we made up on our own chords before tracking down the original, accidentally freeing it from its diatonic bondage. -CC
